No. The assistant works on any website. If we already host your site, we can add it for you in a few minutes.

Where do the answers come from?

Only from information you approve. We read your website and draft answers from it, you review them in your client portal, and nothing reaches visitors until it’s approved.

What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?

It says it doesn’t have that information and offers to take the visitor’s contact details for your team. The question shows up in your portal so you can add an answer.

You paste one line of code into your site’s header or footer. Your portal has step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and others. With done-for-you setup, we install it for you.

Contact requests are emailed to you right away and are also saved in your client portal, where you can see every lead the assistant captured.

What if I reach my monthly answer limit?
